We may, from time to time, run promotions.  Any such activity will be subject to these Terms and any specific terms and conditions that are clearly identified and brought to your attention on the specific web-pages for those promotions.

How you may use promotional codes. The promotional code will entitle you to receive a discount off the standard full price of products, the code cannot be used on reduced or sale products or in conjunction with any other offer, and cannot be used to reduce postage and packaging costs. The promotional code may only be used on one occasion before the expiry date of the promotion code, and by the person for whom it is intended to be used.

 

If you are not happy with your Bridgedale Trail Run socks for any reason, you can return then to the place of purchase within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Offer ends 9th September 2021. Applies to selected styles only. Please return web orders to store only, this will be at the customers expense. The returned socks must be returned in a clean, washed and hygienic condition.

Nikwax & GORE-TEX Promotions – June 2021 - Terms and Conditions

Free Nikwax 60ml Footwear Cleaning Gel and GORE-TEX Gear Bag with In-Store Outdoor Footwear Fitting Appointments

  • Customers who book and attend an outdoor footwear fitting appointment after 22nd June will be eligible to receive the following items free of charge:

  • Customers need to book an outdoor footwear fitting appointment online via the Cotswold Outdoor website and attend the appointment in order to be eligible for this offer.

  • Customers may need to prompt staff to provide the product.
  • Your free items will be given to you at checkout. If your footwear fitting does not result in a purchase, you are still eligible for the offer but may need to request the free items from a member of staff when in-store for the appointment.

Recycle my Gear 10% Promotion Terms and Conditions – June 2021

  • Recycle my Gear and get 10% off your new clothing purchase
  • Simply recycle your old gear in-store or at a SOEX recycling station and we’ll give you 10% off a new replacement for your efforts
  • The 10% off clothing promotion is valid between 23rd June and 14th July 2021
  • The 10% saving applies to qualifying full priced items of clothing only. Includes outdoor, running and snowsports clothing ranges. Excludes socks. Other exclusions may apply
  • Recycle my Gear is available in all Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need and Snow+Rock stores. The 10% saving must be redeemed at the same time as you recycle your old gear and will be applied by the staff member at the time of purchase
  • Where the recycling is done at a SOEX recycling station, evidence must be supplied to our customer service team who will issue a voucher to redeem either in-store or online at Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need or Snow+Rock.   • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide evidence to store staff of their recycling donation or follow the online application process to receive their 10% Recycle my Gear voucher

Black Friday 2020 – Repair and Care £30/€30 Voucher – November 2020

Terms and Conditions

Spend over £300/€300 between 25th and 30th November 2020 and get a £30/€30 Repair and Care voucher to use in-store between 1st January – 30th April 2021.

To qualify for this promotion, you must be a new or existing Explore More member. Sign up to our Explore More club for free online or in-store. You can view our Privacy Policy on our website.

You need to spend over £300/€300 between the 25th and 30th November 2020 in-store or online in a single transaction. The £300/€300 value excludes Gift Cards, eVouchers and any delivery charge. Any returns will be taken into consideration on the qualifying £300/€300 value.

Website Overview – How it works.

£30/€30 off Repair & Care when you spend over £300/€300

  • Spend over £300/€300 between 25th and 30th November 2020 and get a £30/€30 Repair and Care voucher
  • To qualify for the voucher, login to your Explore More account or register online or in-store when purchasing making sure you provide your email address. We need this to send you your voucher
  • Your voucher will be sent to you via email by the 31st December 2020. Keep this safe as you will need this when collecting and paying for your repaired or cleaned item.
  • Take your item into store between 1st January and 30th April 2021 and complete the Repair and Care service form request. Your item will then be sent off for repair or to be cleaned. Once complete we will contact you to collect. You will need to present your £30/€30 voucher and pay for any balance due
