Recycle My Gear Promo – Cotswold Outdoor

We want to help you minimise your impact by encouraging you to recycle your old and unwanted kit and give it a new lease of life. That’s why we’re offering you 10% off your next purchase** when you use our Recycle My Gear service between 9th February and 8th March.

How the offer works: 

At your local store:

• Take your old unwanted kit into your nearest Cotswold Outdoor, Snow+Rock or Runners Need store
• Let our in-store experts know you’ve brought in your recycling, and they’ll show you to the recycling point
• You can enjoy 10% off your next clothing purchase

At a SOEX recycling station:

• If you don’t have a Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need or Snow+Rock store near you, don’t worry, as you can still take advantage of this offer
• Just take your old kit to one of our recycling partner SOEX’s 11,000 national recycling stations*
• Take a photo of yourself and your kit as you're recycling it
• Email the photo to our team at recycle@oandcc.com, and we'll email you a 10% voucher which you can use online or in-store. Terms and conditions apply**.

*SOEX recycling stations can be found at 11,000 venues across the country in council car parks, recycling venues and certain Waitrose, Tesco and Booths supermarkets. Look out for their distinctive recycling bins.

Terms and Conditions – **Terms and Conditions – one voucher per designated recycling deposit, not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (including Vitality member discount), one voucher is redeemable against any full price clothing item; not redeemable on sale items; no alternative is given and the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash; it is the responsibility of the customer to let store staff know that they have made a donation in-store or to follow the online application process to receive a voucher online, vouchers cannot be given retrospectively; vouchers will be given out from 9^th February until 8^th March 2022; after the 8^th March 2022, customers can still recycle their gear through our stores after this time but will not be rewarded with a voucher; vouchers are valid in-store and online until 15^th March 2022."

When you recycle your gear between the 9^th February until 8^th March 2022 you can claim 10% off your purchase in-store or online following the processes outlined above/previously.

The 10% promotion applies to all full priced items of clothing including running and snowsports clothing

All 10% promotional vouchers issued are valid until the 15^th March 2022.

The Recycle My Gear promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or discount. Further exclusions apply, including but not limited to:

• Customers who book and attend an outdoor footwear fitting appointment after 22nd June will be eligible to receive the following items free of charge:

• Customers need to book an outdoor footwear fitting appointment online via the Cotswold Outdoor website and attend the appointment in order to be eligible for this offer.
• Offer live from 22^nd June until samples run out.
• Customers may need to prompt staff to provide the product.
• Your free items will be given to you at checkout. If your footwear fitting does not result in a purchase, you are still eligible for the offer but may need to request the free items from a member of staff when in-store for the appointment.
• No cash alternative is available.

• The free samples are subject to availability; the offer will only be possible until the free items run out. You may not be offered all of the free items if some are out of stock.

Recycle my Gear 10% Promotion Terms and Conditions – June 2021

• Recycle my Gear and get 10% off your new clothing purchase
• Simply recycle your old gear in-store or at a SOEX recycling station and we’ll give you 10% off a new replacement for your efforts
• The 10% off clothing promotion is valid between 23^rd June and 14^th July 2021
• The 10% saving applies to qualifying full priced items of clothing only. Includes outdoor, running and snowsports clothing ranges. Excludes socks. Other exclusions may apply
• Recycle my Gear is available in all Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need and Snow+Rock stores. The 10% saving must be redeemed at the same time as you recycle your old gear and will be applied by the staff member at the time of purchase
• Where the recycling is done at a SOEX recycling station, evidence must be supplied to our customer service team who will issue a voucher to redeem either in-store or online at Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need or Snow+Rock. Once voucher per designated recycling deposit. See ‘How it works’ for full details
• It is the responsibility of the customer to provide evidence to store staff of their recycling donation or follow the online application process to receive their 10% Recycle my Gear voucher
• Only items detailed on the accepted list can be recycled. Any other items will not be accepted and will not be entitled to receive the 10% saving
• Valid in the UK and Republic of Ireland only
• The 10% Recycle my Gear saving cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or sale price
• No cash alternative is available
