WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email which will state the delivery window for your order. You can view your order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My orders" link in the Account section. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

WHY IS MY ORDER NOT SHOWING ON MY ACCOUNT?

If you cannot see your order on your account, you may have placed it under Guest Checkout during checkout. Unfortunately, this does not link the order to your account and will not be able to be tracked online but don’t worry, you will still receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is dispatched which will have the relevant tracking and courier information.

MY ORDER IS LATE

Please contact Customer Services if your order has not been dispatched and is now out of its delivery window. If the order has been dispatched and is now late, firstly we would recommend contacting the courier with the tracking ID in your dispatch confirmation email. If they are unable to tell you where your order is, please contact our Customer Services team.
