If you're looking for a specific item, enter a few words into the search box in the top left of the page and we'll show you all the matching results. To better your results, try restricting your search to a particular type of product category or use the All products drop-down menu under the search box.

Sort Options

When you shop with us, we want to help you easily find items you'll want to purchase, whether you know exactly what you want or need help.

  • Best selling: Orders by best-selling products online or in-store.
  • Price: High to low: Sorts products with the highest price at the top and the lowest price at the bottom.
  • Price: Low to high: Sorts products with the lowest price at the top and the highest price at the bottom.

You can either search for products by using the search box or to browse by category, select a product category from the All Products drop-down menu under Search. 

You can use the Filters option at the top of any product category page to further refine the selection available in a category, based on specific criteria such as Product Type, Size, Brands, or a Price Range. The filters will change depending on the product category you choose.

If you don't find your item in our store, you may want to contact Customer Services to find out if we stock that item.

Once you have decided what you would like to order, click the Add to Basket button on the product detail page. You can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout once you've added something to your Basket. You can access your Basket at any time by clicking the Basket in the left navigation.

If your Basket is empty or items are missing from it, it's likely that you're not logged into your account.

Placing an available item in your Basket doesn't reserve that item. Available stock is only assigned to your order after you click Pay Now and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.

You can modify an item in your Basket:

  • To change the quantity, enter a number in the Number box or use the -/+ buttons.
  • To remove an item from your Basket, click the X in the top-left of the item in the Basket.
  • To wait until another day to buy some of the items in your Basket, click the item and then Add to Wishlist. This will move the item to your Wishlist list located below the Basket. Click the item and select Add to Basket next to an item when you're ready to purchase it. Please note placing an item on wishlist does not reserve the item.

Note: Items in your Basket will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. This price may differ from the price the item was when you first placed it in your Basket.

After you've reviewed the items in your Basket, you're ready to proceed to checkout and complete your order.

To proceed to Checkout:

  1. Click Checkout after you've reviewed the items in your Shopping Basket. If you place an order which will be paid by a debit or credit card, we won't charge the card until the order enters the dispatch process. 
  2. Sign in to your account. Create one if you haven't already.
  3. Enter the address you want your order delivered to, choose how you want it sent, and then enter your payment details.
  4. Review your order details such as making sure delivery timeframe, address and product are correct. Be sure you've applied any Gift Cards or promotional codes you want to use on your order by clicking Redeem a gift card, e-voucher or promotion/voucher code.
  5. Choose the appropriate payment method. We accept PayPal or Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, Maestro.
  6. Click Pay Now to complete your order. This will then take you to the Order Confirmation page and an order confirmation email will be sent to the email you used for your account.

To review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, go to My Orders
