We can only perform exchanges in one of our stores. They can be done in any Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need or Snow + Rock store within 30 days of purchase (100 days for Explore More members). Items must be in a new and unused condition, with their original packaging and tags.
If the store does not have available stock we can arrange a home delivery or click and collect to one of our stores.
