Cotswold Outdoor and Penguin Michael Joseph 2023 Raynor Winn Landlines Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

• The free prize draw is to win a Cotswold Outdoor walking bundle worth over £650 RRP plus signed copies of Raynor Winn’s 3 books: The Salt Path, Landlines and The Wild Silence.
• Ten (10) runners up will each win a pair of Ayacucho Unisex Mid Hiker Crew Socks and a copy of Raynor Winn’s Landline book.
• Only one entry permitted per person.
• To enter the prize draw, entrants must provide all required information, on the entry form cotswoldoutdoor.com/landlines.
• No purchase is necessary or fee payable to enter the prize draw.
• The prize draw is only open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland.
• All entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• The prize draw will run from 8-22 June 2023 23:59 GMT.
• Employees, members of their family or other associated persons of Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd., Penguin and all other associated partners are not eligible to take part in the prize draw.
• By entering the prize draw, the winners acknowledge they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the prize draw. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or, statements made by the entrants concerning the prizes and photographs/video taken/created as part of the prize draw.
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries via an automated computer process.
• The first randomly selected entrant will receive the main prize. 10 randomly entrants will then be selected to receive the runner up prizes.
• The winner will receive a clothing and footwear bundle as detailed on the prize draw entry page to the recommended retail price of £650. The ten (10) runners up winners will each receive a pair of Ayacucho Mid Hiker Crew Socks and a copy of Raynor Winn’s Landline book.
• Once the prize draw closes the winners will be contacted by Outdoor & Cycle Concepts via the email submitted. If the recipient doesn’t respond within 21 days, we reserve the right to randomly select and award the prize to another winner.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or credit alternative will be available for the prize on offer.
• No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
• The prize draw is run by Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. trading as “Cotswold Outdoor” (Unit 11, Kemble Business Park, Crudwell, Wiltshire, SN16 9SH)
• In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the rules and terms and conditions at any point.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the prize draw, the decision of Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• All personal data processed by Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act and our privacy policy, which you can view on this website.
• By providing Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. with your personal data, you consent to Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. using this information for the purpose of administering the draw including providing winners details to participating partners for the purpose of fulfilling prizes. Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. will only use this data for marketing purpose or share this data with participating partners where you have given consent. Where consent is given to share personal data with participating partners, this will be in processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the participating partner.
• Acceptance of these terms and conditions and policies is required to enter the prize draw.
• The prize draw and rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• Where the site and/or the Interactive Services are accessed from Scotland or Northern Ireland, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts or the courts of Northern Ireland respectively.

• The free prize draw is to win a kit bundle worth over £600 (€680), chosen by Cotswold Outdoor.

• When presented in-store, this code will give entrants access to a free Imbox Footwear Protection and free pair of Bridgedale Midweight Merino Comfort socks with any full price outdoor footwear purchase.
• Limited to the first 500 people.
• Available to redeem at any Cotswold Outdoor store.
• Subject to stock and availability.
