For safety reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of the following items:

• Food
• Gas and other fuels
• Custom-fitted ski boots
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) purchased or collected in-store i.e helmets, climbing harnesses, climbing hardware, rope and cord
• First Aid kits with seals broken

We can accept PPE purchased online within 14 days of receipt.

We can accept swimwear, underwear and wetsuits provided they are new and unused, with the hygiene strip still in place.
