The easiest way for you to return goods is to visit any of our stores, taking your proof of purchase with you. All store returns are at the manager's discretion, please note the item must be in a new and unused condition.

Due to the current circumstances surrounding lockdown, all customer orders have been extended to 100 days for returns.

Please note we no longer offer exchanges if an item is returned to Head Office. Your order would be refunded and you will need to place a new order online.
