My Partner discount code doesn't work, what do I do?

If your discount code doesn't appear to be working and the product you are trying to purchase is not on our exclusion list in our terms & conditions below, please contact our Customer Services team.

If you have lost your discount code, unfortunately, our customer services team are not able to provide Partner discount codes to individuals. You will need to contact the relevant organisation and they will be able to provide you with the discount information.
