How To Submit a Repair & Care Request

To submit a product for repair and care, please fill out THIS FORM. We can accept goods purchased elsewhere; we will create an account for you on our system for communication.

Please drop your product and completed form in to your local store, or send them via post to the following address:

We will get your product washed and/or repaired once we have received it. Should our team find that a different service is required to the one you selected, they will get in touch with you before proceeding. 

Once your service is completed, your goods can be posted to you or arranged to be collected in-store once the payment has been made.
