Sometimes we might issue a credit note for a previous transaction or aftersale case. These credit notes are valid for a period of twelve months and can be used either online or in-store. Please be aware that we are not able to reinstate expired credit notes. 

An active credit note on your account will be used automatically on your next purchase unless you choose not to use it. 

Credit notes are single use; the entire balance must be used at once.
