You will need to log into your account to announce the return via our returns portal, and select own courier as your method of return. 

We will not apply a charge if you return your items via your own courier. Please be advised that your chosen courier will charge you for postage

We are unable to accept any liability for items returned via your own courier, so please ensure that your parcel is adequately insured and that you retain proof of postage.
