Our Returns Labels

To return via post, your return must be announced on your account.

Our returns labels cost £4.95 per label, which is deducted from your refund. If returning a product received broken or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team who can assist with your return.

Follow these steps to process your return:

1. Click HERE to access our returns portal.

2. Log into your account or enter your email and order number under "Continue as guest" if you checked out as a guest and select 'Return Items' from the account menu

3.. Select the item you wish to return, and the reason.

3. Select Your Return Method - a courier of your choice or one of our postage labels

4. Make a note of your return number and then click on the embedded link to generate your return label.

Please write your order number clearly on a note inside the parcel, or on the packaging. You may not receive a returns slip with your order as we are moving towards being a paperless company.
