Our Click & Collect service is available from over 80 stores within Mainland UK, meaning you can pick up your new outdoor kit from Snow + Rock and Runners Need stores as well as Cotswold Outdoor.

Products available for Click & collect will feature in our Show Store Stock options underneath the 'Add to Basket' button on our product pages. You can also change your store selection during the checkout process.

Click & Collect (from 3 hours) is only available for items held in stock in our stores. Please check individual product pages for this information. Our stores have varying opening hours, so please check with your local store before making a visit.

In order to collect your order, you will need to provide the following:

  • Your order confirmation (this will be sent to you by email after confirming your order. You can also find the order on your account purchase history.
  • Photo identification
  • The credit or debit card used to place the order.

Please be aware that the single-use carrier bag charge is in effect for all stores. These will be charged at 5p each, regardless of the size of the bag.

Once you have ordered your items...

  1. You will receive an email confirming your order with your collection options.
  2. You will then receive a second email from your chosen store to confirm when your items are ready to be collected.

Items will be held in store for a maximum of 10 days from when we email you to confirm your order is ready for collection. However, this may be extended at the store managers discretion. Store opening hours are provided in your confirmation email and can be found here.

Click & Collect Only Items

Some items such as knives and gas are not for sale to anyone under the age of 18 and are only available for Click & Collect. To order, please select your nearest store and the item will be added to your basket. You will need valid proof of age such as driving license or passport on collection.
